How to use iLok

We use iLok as a licensing and copy protection system for some of our products. Note, that you do NOT require a physical iLok USB dongle to use the products. There is the possibility to use cloud or machine activation. The iLok activation procedure won’t cause any extra costs for you.

New to iLok?

  • Install iLok License Manager (get it for free here)
  • Create a free iLok account here

Want to try out a product?

  • Download the installer from the product page
  • Run the installer
  • Open the plugin in your Audio Editing Software
  • The iLok activation screen will open and you can press Try
  • You have now 7-days to try out the product

Activate a purchased product

  • Launch iLok License Manager and login with your account
  • Navigate to Licenses, then click "Redeem Activation Code".
  • Enter your iLok activation code
